Phoenix CoachingWorks differs from other business development and sales training and coaching companies that provide motivational seminars or short term standardized coaching and training. Our mission is not to entertain your business development and sales people in hopes you experience a temporary boost in business development and sales. Instead, we focus on your specific business development and sales problems so we can target our training to overcome the root cause of your business development and sales obstacles putting you on the road to sustainable growth. Paul Tindall began training advisors in 1997 after noticing most coaching methodologies often short term, were not reinforced and did not produce real attitudinal techniques and behavioral change. Tindall TrainingWorks focused on helping financial and insurance advisors effectively grow their businesses through a range of different business development processes. His methodologies include Sandler Sales, Y2 Marketing and various referral generation and seminar systems. Paul pioneered and adapted many marketing, team selling and practice management concepts still used successfully today that are even more effective in today’s new environment. With the birth of Phoenix CoachingWorks, we have expanded our business development processes to not only include financial service professionals but business owners, varied niches of business development and salesforces as well as entrepreneurs. Our methods are successful due to the simple fact that our processes are repeatable and trackable. Clients are accountable for their business development plans - they set their targets and with proper coaching and accountability - they reach them! |
